Booking Your
Retreat Timeline

Our goal is to help you have the best retreat possible. We'll walk hand-in-hand with you throughout the planning process. Here's a guide to the most successful planning timelines.

When to book

Successful retreats are typically booked 4-9 months ahead of time. Reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Our highest demand times are March 15th - May 15th and September 15th - November 15th. Reserve early to get the dates you want.

Booking

Your reservation is scheduled when you have signed your retreat agreement, provided your proof of insurance, and paid your deposit (50% of the minimum guarantee of the lodging.)

8 weeks before your retreat
Here are a few things we'll need to know eight weeks before your retreat:

2 weeks before your retreat
